No registration necessary. There is no need to register to use the dictionaries. You may use it online as often as you wish.

Japanese Grammar section provides dozens of nuts and bolts elements of the Japanese language including examples.

Japanese Kanji section shows Kanji formation through a movie, and includes both Japanese and Chinese readings, and provides sample sentences for readings.
